Co-Owner
Devon, a graduate of the Aveda Institute, has spent the past decade managing salons throughout the Atlanta area. She specializes in blondes, lived-in color, and in helping clients go grey gracefully, blending technical precision with an eye for effortless, modern beauty. She believes true beauty shines from the inside out and approaches every appointment with intention, passion, and a deeply personal touch — ensuring each client feels seen, confident, and elevated beyond just their hair. When she’s not behind the chair, you can find her at the soccer field cheering on her son, planning her next trip to Disney, relaxing on the back porch with her dogs, or getting in a workout at the gym.
Lauren
Co-Owner
Lauren trained at Paul Mitchell and has been styling in the Virginia Highlands for the past seven years. Before stepping fully into the beauty industry, she built a successful career in sales — a foundation that sharpened her communication, connection, and client care skills. She specializes in blonding and men’s cuts, creating dimensional color and clean, tailored styles. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her traveling to scuba dive, spending time at the dog park with her pups, or getting in a workout at the gym.
Nadia
With over 20 years of experience with Aveda, Nadia is a seasoned stylist who also works on Aveda’s North American Education team. A fiercely proud Michigan native now living in south Decatur, Nadia brings passion, precision, and creativity to every guest experience—she is passionate about customized color, precision cuts that suit you and your life style, and helping you embrace your natural texture. Every service includes education on how to keep your hair healthy and performing the way you need it to. Her greatest goal is to make everyone who sits in her chair see their value and feel loved. She inspires us daily with her deep commitment to education and team growth. Outside the salon, she can be found hiking with her hubby, whipping up culinary delights, or loving on her plant collection.
Paul
Paul brings over 15 years of experience behind the chair, blending technical precision with an artistic eye for detail. A graduate of the Aveda Institute, he specializes in seamless extensions, customized natural color, and precision haircuts designed to enhance each client’s unique features and lifestyle. Paul’s approach is rooted in creating effortless, lived-in beauty—hair that looks just as good weeks later as it does the day you leave the salon. His passion for artistry extends beyond the chair, where he channels creativity into drawing and crafting custom wigs. When he’s not in the salon, you’ll find Paul spending quality time with his family, recharging and staying inspired.
Twylie
Twylie loves bringing hair to life through dimensional color and beautiful, flowing cuts—especially on long hair. Her goal is to create looks that feel effortless, personalized, and confidence-boosting, so every client leaves feeling like the best version of themselves.
When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old daughter, relaxing with her two chihuahuas, or diving into creative outlets like painting, nail art, and hands-on artistry. A true music lover, she feels most at home outdoors—soaking up the sun or near the water.
She brings a creative eye, a laid-back energy, and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin to every appointment.
